You made a good point when you said that being in your own home’s comfort allows you to be more comfortable and open up and talk to a therapist. My ex-boyfriend and I had a really rough breakup that spiraled me into depression. I am finally willing to admit that I need professional help, so perhaps I should start looking for an online therapist. Thanks for this.

Thank you for explaining that online therapy can allow you to feel more safe about opening up because you’ll be in your own home. My cousin was telling me that she’s been feeling like she needs to see someone, but she doesn’t know if she’ll feel comfortable talking about all of her problems in an office. I wonder if she’ll consider seeing if any therapists use online therapy and if that could be a better option for her.

Online therapy has allowed clients to broaden their options when finding a therapist, as most therapists are allowed to provide online therapy to anyone in their state.
