Concierge Therapy
For the Moments Where You Actually Lose Yourself
When your patterns don’t wait for your next session, your support shouldn’t either.
You can see the pattern clearly. There are moments where something in an interaction lands in your body and your response forms before you have time to stay with it. It might be someone’s tone, a look, a pause, or something that doesn’t quite sit right, and your system moves quickly into something familiar. You find yourself agreeing when you don’t want to, organizing your response around the other person so the interaction stays intact, or going quiet and losing access to what you were about to say.
Afterwards, you’re left trying to make sense of what just happened. You replay the interaction, question your reaction, and feel frustrated that you could see what was happening but still couldn’t stop it while it was happening. Over time, these moments accumulate and reinforce the sense that you understand your pattern but are still living inside it.
What you’re responding from in those moments is your attachment template. Your attachment template is the internal map your nervous system built when you were not consistently protected, and it organizes how you respond when something carries relational weight. If you are a survivor of childhood sexual abuse or mother–daughter sexual abuse, your system is also tracking safety and threat in your body in ways that are deeply encoded, which is why certain interactions carry more intensity even when nothing is explicitly wrong. Your body recognizes something familiar, pauses, and then moves into the response that once kept you safe, often before you have the chance to stay with your own experience.
Why You May Need More Support Than Traditional Weekly Therapy
Weekly therapy gives you space to understand your pattern and make sense of what is happening. The pattern you’re working with is not happening in reflection, it is happening in real time, in the middle of conversations, decisions, and interactions where your body responds before you can stay with yourself. When there is too much space between sessions, those moments come and go before we can actually work with them, and your system completes the response in the way it already knows how. Over time, this creates a gap between what you understand and how you actually respond.
Concierge therapy is designed to work inside that gap. Instead of fitting your work into a fixed weekly structure, we create a container that matches how your system actually functions so we can access the moment while it is happening. This allows us to catch the point where you would normally override yourself and build the capacity to stay with your own response under pressure. The work shifts from understanding after the fact to working with the pattern while it is still forming.
There are moments during your week where something happens and your system responds before you have time to think it through, and those are the moments that shape your pattern. In concierge therapy, you are not left holding those moments alone until your next session. You can reach out in a contained and structured way, and we use that contact to track what is happening in real time, slow the response before it fully organizes, and help you stay with your own experience long enough to see what is actually happening. These points of contact are focused and intentional, giving us access to the exact moment where change becomes possible.
What Concierge Therapy Is
Concierge therapy is offered through a monthly retainer that reserves dedicated time in my schedule, and that time is used flexibly across the month based on what is actually happening in your life. At times, this may look like shorter sessions spread across the week so you have consistent contact while something is unfolding, and at other times it may look like longer sessions when something needs more space to be worked through. The structure adjusts to the moment while remaining contained, and you communicate directly with me without administrative layers or intermediaries, allowing for privacy and discretion.
What we are actually doing together is working in the exact moment your system recognizes something familiar and begins to organize a response. We track what your body is doing, identify the response as it forms, and build your capacity to stay with your internal experience long enough to make a decision that reflects you. Over time, this changes how you respond in real situations, so you are no longer left replaying and questioning after the fact and can remain present with yourself while it is happening.
This work is for women who recognize themselves in these moments, especially when they are highly capable and functioning in their lives but lose access to themselves in specific interactions. You may notice that your attachment trauma activates in real time in relationships, work, or decision-making, and that you can see your pattern clearly after the fact but not while it is happening. If you are a survivor of sexual trauma, you may also notice your body responding before you can orient to the present, and that is the level this work is designed to meet.
When Sexual Trauma Is Part Of The Pattern
If you are a survivor of sexual abuse, your system is not only tracking connection, it is also tracking safety, threat, and meaning in your body.
This can show up as:
- sudden shifts in your body without clear explanation
- feeling pulled into a response that does not match the present moment
- being activated by someone who reminds your system of your abuser
- losing access to your voice, your boundaries, or your clarity
These moments do not wait for your next session, so in concierge therapy, we work while your system is activated, so we can separate what belongs to the past from what is happening now, and build the capacity to respond from the present.
How this works
Concierge therapy is offered through a monthly retainer that reserves dedicated time in my schedule. That time is held for you, and we use it in a way that reflects what is actually happening in your life, rather than forcing your work into a fixed weekly structure.
Your hours can be used flexibly across the month. At times, this may look like shorter sessions spread across the week so you have consistent contact while something is actively unfolding. At other times, it may look like longer sessions when something needs more space to be worked through without being cut off.
The structure adjusts to the moment, while still remaining contained.
If you travel, we adjust. This model is designed to move with your life.
I do not work from Friday night through Saturday night (Israel time), and that boundary is held consistently.
Real-time check-ins
There are moments during your week where something happens and your system responds before you have time to think it through. In those moments, you are not left holding it alone until your next session.
You can reach out.
We use that check-in to track what is happening in real time, slow down your response before it fully organizes, and help you stay with your own experience long enough to see what is actually happening.
These are brief, focused points of contact. They are not ongoing conversations, and they do not replace sessions. They give us access to the moment where your pattern is active, so the work can happen while it is still unfolding.
Communication is structured and responsive within defined timeframes, so it supports the work without becoming open-ended.
Direct access and discretion
You communicate directly with me.
There is no receptionist, no administrative barrier, and no one else involved in managing your care. Your information is handled only by me and remains private and contained.
Concierge therapy is private-pay, which means no diagnosis is submitted to insurance and no records are shared with third parties unless you explicitly request it.
For many clients, especially those in high-visibility roles or navigating deeply personal experiences, this level of discretion allows for a different level of honesty, clarity, and depth in the work.
What we are actually doing together
We are working in the exact moment your system recognizes something familiar, pauses, and then moves into a response that organizes around familiar patterns that keep you stuck.
In those moments, we are tracking what your body is doing, identifying the response as it forms, and building your capacity to stay with your own internal experience long enough to make a decision that reflects you.
Over time, this changes how you respond in real situations, not just how you understand yourself after the fact. The goal is not insight alone, but the ability to remain present with yourself when it actually matters.
Who this is for
This is for you if:
- you are highly capable and successful yet you lose access to yourself in specific moments which cause you to make mistakes you regret (and ruminate about)
- your attachment trauma activates in real time in relationships, work, or decision-making, leading you to act more impulsively or reactively than how you typically act
- you can see your pattern after the fact but not while it’s happening, which often leaves you feeling confused and sometimes not being so nice to yourself (hello inner critic)
- you are a survivor of sexual trauma (either as an adult or as a child) and notice your body responding, shutting down, dissociating, etc automatically which is causing problems in your relationships as well as your sense of self
- you don’t need more insight, you need support in the moment your response is forming and how to remain present and connected, so you can respond from a place of empowerment
Who this is not for
This is not a fit if:
- you need crisis-level or 24/7 support
- your symptoms significantly impair daily functioning beyond what outpatient therapy can support
- you are looking for unlimited access without structure
This is still outpatient therapy, delivered in a more responsive and contained way.
