Therapy in Tel Aviv for English Speaking Women Living with the Weight of Trauma

You might look like you're functioning. You're working, showing up for your people, doing what you need to do. But inside, something feels off. Maybe it's been building for years. Or maybe it all came rushing back after October 7th, when the ground felt like it dropped beneath you.

You’ve done your best to manage. You’ve tried therapy before. You’ve read the books. You journal when you can. You know how to talk yourself out of spiraling. But lately, those old patterns are louder. The freeze. The fear of being too much. The feeling that your body is not your own. You find yourself asking things like:

  • Why do I feel unsafe even when nothing is happening?
  • What if it wasn’t technically abuse, but I still feel something is wrong?
  • Why do I shut down or over function in relationships?
  • How can I trust my own instincts when they've been ignored for so long?

You’re not alone in this.

I work with women in Tel Aviv and across Israel who carry complex trauma histories. Women who experienced childhood sexual abuse, including mother-daughter sexual abuse. Women whose early attachment wounds still shape how they show up in relationships. Women who are tired of holding it all together on the outside while feeling fractured inside.

You might have come to Israel hoping to feel safer. Maybe you returned after years away because being here felt like it mattered. Or maybe you never left and October brought up things you thought you had buried. Either way, what you’re feeling now makes sense. Your body is responding to both what has happened and what never had the chance to fully heal.

This is not general therapy. This is trauma therapy.

I use an integrative, body-based, attachment focused approach grounded in my Secure Self Framework™. Together, we’ll move through three core stages:

Containment We begin by building safety in your nervous system and your daily life. This means grounding, creating a predictable rhythm, and understanding your body’s signals with compassion instead of fear.

Connection As we build trust, we explore your attachment patterns, relational wounds, and the ways you've learned to disconnect from your own needs to stay close to others.

Clarity You begin to reclaim your voice, set boundaries without guilt, and make sense of your story in a way that restores your dignity and power. This is where integration happens.

Clients often tell me they feel more regulated, more clear, and more connected to themselves after this work. Not fixed. Not perfect. But finally able to rest inside their own skin.
